None are, MTB and road have different pull ratios. You could use a shift mate, but the best option is to use Shimano flat bar road shifters like these: https://bike.shimano.com/en-EU/product/ ... RS700.html

10s tiagra SL-4600 + 10s 105 RD-5700 = works with 10s cassette
10s tiagra SL-4700 + 10s 105 RD-5700 = do not work with 10s cassette
10s tiagra SL-4700 + 11s 105 RD-5800 = works with 10s cassette
