Campagnolo 1x11 Question

I have a SRAM 1x11 for more than 15000km and it runs perfectly (not a single chain drop)
For a new road bike project I am planning to get again a 1x11 (shimano grx ) or a campy chorus 1x12
If you have any experience with campy in 1x11 or 1x12 I would be interested to know if you had any chain drop?
Before having a sram I did have a shimano ultegra 1x11 and I had 2 chain drop in 4000km

Wrt to you project, I think that 11-32 is sufficient for road practice, unless you want to climb the Alpes (for that I use 42/11-36). But for Gravel I think that 11-36 or 11-42 would be more appropriate
