Anyone got a set of these? Do you need to use special pads as you do with AC Mag wheels? Do they seem stiff and better build than the AC mag wheels?

What's the RD-440? They are not listed on their website.

HUH? Yep you are right... they are in a FSA product catalogue that came in the December issue of ProCycling though.

They are a Magnesium rimmed wheel that comes in at 1380 grams (clincher) putting them in the same ballpark as Hyperon and Bonty XXX carbon clinchers, but if you can have aluminum quality braking they may be better overall (and they are cheaper). I got a pair of AC mag wheels but couldn't mount any tires and sent them back before using.
