Hi guys,
I've been using a Bontrager Aeolus saddle in 145mm and I'm quite happy with it except the weight.
I was looking for a new saddle and made my choice for the alpitude gardena because it shape is similar to mine but now I'm wondering if I should choose the 140mm or the 150mm. My seatbones seems to be around 115/120mm.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

Seatbones + one centimeter each side, so the 140 mm one.

That's not always the case though. You could need to add more or lesss depending on the saddle design and how aggressive your position is.

My position is pretty agressive. I have 9cm height difference between the saddle and handlebar. Previously I tried selle italia slr kit carbonio 131mm and Fizik arione versus evo r1 132mm. I hated the flex in the cutout part of the selle italia and had some occasional numbness. The Fizik also gave me some numbness and some chaffing near the perineal area.
The 145 aeolus was the only saddle that has been trouble free and that's why I'm thinking of going 150 instead of the 140.

Go for the wider. A wider saddle is mostly less of an issue than a too narrow.
