i love the video. very artistic. i would replace the skewers to something more robust as the tire will rub the frame and damage it when power is put on the pedals up a hill.

Please more info about that red22 mod to 12 speed and how is it working compared to original. Nice video!

Probably similar to a Ratio 12 speed kit.
I use it on my 1x12 bike and it's working without any issues.

Same, this tool seems really useful and can save a lot of time.

If you have interest let me know. A friend is producing the piece and will be converting Sram 11s to 12s; including my own Red.

The build on the video is very well done. 😎 While some may not embrace a few equipment selections I won't do that at all - as each of us have differing priorities

We need more of this !!!!!

Or get an Abbey Tools lever setter and rear derailleur hanger alignment tool
