Hi guys ,

I have a Specialized Propero 11 helmet and wish to block off the bottom front row of vents for aero reasons . Anyone got an idea on a lightweight , professional looking method of doing this . Thanks .

Must admit I once used green masking tape (my helmet is green) to mask all vents for doing some high speed runs. The prep included overshoes and a skintight suit. I think I gained about 1mph for equivalent power output. The tape came off after that and hasn't graced my bike helmet since.

I used black duct tape to cover the front vents of a yellow/green Bontrager Ballista that has black trim. I use it as my winter helmet. I trimmed the tape with scissors to match the shape of the vents.
