The label created for FedEx is when it clears US customs. The trakpak will show its path until then, then use the FedEx link after that. Just be patient and you'll get your stuff.

no, the guy probably didn't read. Youd have to add it to cart @ Merlin and the discount shows automatically.

they can't price match but i think everyone would rather support their LBS if prices were even close. Being able to have a tire in hand immediately vs waiting a week or two is worth something just not worth 2X.

Unfortunately the closest LBS service was close to non-existent with a don't care attitude. I always had better service from online retailer thus far, thus I vote with my money. Yes the employees seems like cool bike dudes, but they don't know how to run a business with good customer service.

Lots of folks here seem to work in the industry or at an LBS. In any case, the LBS wholesale price is probably less than what Merlin sells them for.
