ive been trying to find a WW cassette on 2 x GRX and bought 2 cassettes from ZTTO
11-36 and 11-34

for some reason while using the ZTTO cassettes the chain always hit the rear derailluer.
i swapped like for like. Bike was using a shimano 11-34 which works fine, then swapped over to ZTTO 11-34 and the change points on the ZTTO in the middle always make the chain hit the below.

anyone know why this occurs?
how far should one adjust the B tension?

If i adjust the B tension screw to stop the above it then slightly touches the di2 cable and makes the shifting crap

Show a picture of your derailleur hanger, it looks like you are using a normal hanger as a direct mount

While I have no experience with GRX specifically certainly the Di2 cable should not be anywhere near the cassette?! I'd agree with above that the derailleur is not correctly installed.

Right, it should leave no gap there as ooo mentioned.
Try loosen RD from the hanger and remount again with no gap in that spot.

Make sure you also re-adjust the B-screw after closing the gap.

Bought a ZTTO 11-32 cassette in the November sales for A$58 delivered, and finally got a chnace to fit it and ride it for a bit. At the same timne, aslo bought a pair of lightly used SRAM Red versions for A$300 for the pair.

The ZTTO fitted fine, and for the most part worked a treat, but have found that at medium load or higher, in the 15T cog, it will skip a tooth. Need to pull it off an have a closer look, and unless I can work the cause out, it'll end up in the recycling bin.

Meh, had to try 8)

If and old chain skips on a new cassette, you have to replace the chain.

New chain with <100km before cassette fitted.

All other cogs fine

I recently got a 11-28 Ztto cassette for my ultegra di2 Tarmac SL7. I have to say it works really fine. Sometimes it does not shift from 14 to 15 but I guess with a slight adjustment it will work. Other than that shifting is not much worse than on my Ultegra cassette.

Next days I will also try to merge the ultegra and Ztto cassette. Lets see.
