WTB: Venge Vias Stem and/or 25mm Rise Handlebars

I'm building a Venge Vias and am looking for a stem and handlebars for the bike.

1) Stem: Venge Vias Stem: 105mm
2) Handlebars: Venge Vias 25mm rise handlebars (what comes stock with the bike)

Note: The handlebars have to be Venge Vias specific bars, not the "Aerofly hover" bar that fits all bikes. The venge Vias bar has cable exit holes placed inside of the stem rather than outside of it.
