That's a good question.LanceLegstrong wrote:Are these legit Kalloy Uno's? $20 is hard to beat but I'd rather not die when trying to sprint (85kg).

I bought this one, looks legit if u ask me. I chose this as it didn't have any logos. Gonna order some RISK titanium screws for it (M5x16mm) as the ones I had laying around was too long.
What titanium screw do you use for your UNO stems?

I actually feel safer with the UNO stem than I do with my Hyperstem. Because the UNO can take higher torque to prevent bar slipping, less flexy and feels more sturdy.
But that picture of a broken UNO stem a couple of pages back is very frightening.
EDIT** Okay now I see this stem is not even advertised as a Kalloy UNO.... WTF. And I just rode this one pretty hard today.

If yes, could you confirm, what's the distance between the faceplate bolts - 24 or 25mm?
Does anyone know where to get this mount now. Link is dead. I'm after a faceplate mount that will work with my Uno stem. A bit like the zipp service course quick view style mounts

Sure, no problem. PM me for details. DHL from Germany is 9€ without tracking and 28€ with tracking. If you find a cheaper option and send me the shipping label, that works tootrickytree1984 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 20, 2023 11:22 pmI would like to buy this off you if you could ship to the UK?

Has anyone got any measured weights for the Uno SPU01 seatpost.
Anyone managed to remove the graphics from the latest version of this stem? I've tried acetone but it didn't do anything
Is that issue with damaging the bars still happening? I ordered an Uno from Fair Wheel and I'm worried to install it on my new Roval bar. This is the stem I bought - https://www.fairwheelbikes.com/fair-whe ... -stem.html

There's no issue and it's not damage as long as you dont torque beyond spec. It's also mostly bar dependent (softness of the coatings). A soft coat will leave marks but it isn't the carbon.MarkoP wrote: ↑Wed Mar 27, 2024 10:36 pmIs that issue with damaging the bars still happening?
