Amazing stuff. I've gone for a full 105 Di2 build with the exception of Ultegra levers (for the extra buttons).

First time on Di2? Was mine and I'm bloody impressed.
Yea I wanted to build up another group for the gravel bike with 105, but I would definitely go Ultegra levers for the top button and satellite ports.

Mix and match 12sp Di2 I picked up for a killer deal IMO.

Dura-Ace levers
Ultegra RD
105 FD
105 Disc Calipers
Ultegra cassette
105 chain
Battery and 2 wires

All together $722 shipped to my front door. Could have saved $100 by going with Ultegra levers but I couldn't pass the opportunity for Dura-Ace at that price. And I can upgrade parts later as I see fit.
I am also looking to build a set, may I know the retailer you used? Thank you in advance.

I bought from The Pro's Closet. They were having a blowout sale. Not sure how much stock they have left.

I too just scored a deal from them. I bought a set of RED rim brake calipers for $76 shipped. Got them and they even came with carbon pads. They are for a bike I keep at my daughters hoime in California, replacing Rival calipers.

Just picked up the force calipers for the travel bike for $18.99 each, hard to beat that deal.

Just picked up another pair of new Giro Empire shoes for $130 shipped off Fleabay! Now I have a pair I can leave in California for my bike there. Also scored a set of Shimano 9100 pedals for $175 shipped, new from a Paceline member.

You're doing exactly what I'm doing. I'm buying so that half my stuff (well, maybe 1/4-1/3) is in CA for when I go visit. I got two sets of PD-9000 pedals used for 70 on the local classifieds

Rapha Pro Team Insulated jacket arrived today. Sleeves are a bit too short but the rest of the fit is good so I'm happy to compromise
