Almost the same colourway I just finished building up recently. Mine is 2013 and they appear to have tweaked the graphics slightly from your 2012 model. The photos don't do these frames justice as with mine (and assuming yours) you can see the carbon through the clear coat in lots of places so not much point in sanding it back as the weight of the decals is so minimal.

That's true. Also the frame's coat looks dark green when exposed under some lightings. Pretty nice looking I'll say.

As for the brake calipers, I found a cheap option on Taobao, which seems like a fake Ciamillo.
