Stunning! Can’t wait to see this!
I guess there's worse hobbies than making a bike light? Right?
Cool. What are your planned buildkit?

My guesses would be:
Hanger 15g
Upper bearing 17g
Lower bearing 22g
BB 85g (not familiar with the OSBB and whether it has a shell or not)
Total: 139g (1 gram off your guess )
Frame looks awesome!
Those headsetbearings are heavier, can weight a set tomorrow if I remember. The BB is just 49g, a regular BB30.

Hi Mate,
Updated the post with the build ideas and some prelimenary weight estimates...
The eTap (coming over from my existing bike) will be on there for two reasons: Keeping the bike clean and keep my wallet out of trouble.
The rest of the build is a bit of old parts that I have laying around and a few new parts like the TRP brakes (Chosen so I can keep my eTap) and a new wheelset, most likely a 40-50 mm - perhaps a Fulcrum 40mm or a Farsports 50mm... Haven't decided yet.

The build is close to done. Only cables, tape and rotors are left.
Weight should be somewhere 7.73 kg...
Pretty hard to get a good photos of the frame but after a bit of PS it looks more or less like I see it...
Tomorrow it's time to get the fit dialed in and go for a ride. Might have to get a new stem as the one used for the build done is only 90mm and my old bike had a 130mm...

Are the Michelin Power tires new or am I just noticing them now. I've seen them a fair bit on group rides lately. They're a good weight for an "endurance" tire.
This is a beautiful bike, great combination of colors.

This is a 25mm Michelin on 17mm rims.
Don't know the official numbers from Spec, but I cant see any issues with a 28mm tyre.

Thanks, looks like plenty of room. Bit of road cushioning against that solid frame!
