Repair was super easy, but it was also a pretty small crack. If it was anything bigger I probably would have gotten it done professionally. Sorry, no before/after/during photos, it was done in 15 minutes total if you don't count the 8 hours I waiting for drying.

Just in terms of looks, it would be better if the bottle cages were either black or black and white. The silver doesn't really work.

I would be curious to hear your comparison of the trek vs the evo.

Yeah, light frames are really easy to build up light without trying too hard. It's fun.

Evo vs Emonda

Very similar, I wouldn't be able to tell. Comfort goes to Evo, but not a huge margin. If the Evo had the same stack as the Emonda, I would never have bought this or the Stelbel ever. But its simply too high and also requires me to use a 130mm stem, which is think is dumb on a 50cm frame. The Evo handles a little slower in the front end, both are pretty planted though. Similar numbers in most of the geo. If I had the choice between the two, it'd be the Emonda. I think they're both ugly bikes, but the Emonda has better reach/stack numbers for my position.

Hmm, I'd love to see a scale pic. This smells like a 13lbs bike....
