Someone previously mentioned EE brakes and I think this would be a solid weight savings option.

EE brakes happen to be very aero as well! [emoji1]
EE brakes are on the shopping list, just cringe at paying £500 for them! lol

Just reviewed this thread and your Addict thread... great pics in your backyard. You've got excellent photography skills.
Great looking Cervelo, but I'm still partial to your IAM Addict. Don't tell your Cervelo...

Bike is currently in the stand having its new Ceramicspeed Coated BB installed.
Standard Rotor 4630 (plastic cups) was 73g with flexi centre section.
Ceramicspeed Coated with ally cups and centre section weighs 97g, so a 24g weight gain.

I've also just bought some Rotor NoQ rings (53/39). I love the Q Rings but they're so bloody noisy and the chain line is never as good as on normal circular rings.

Swapped out the 404s for some CK45 Enve 4.5 clinchers with the NBT (1,566g with rim tape, 104g lighter than Zipps).
Also trying out the Vittoria Corsa G+ tyres (heavy at 255g each in 25c!)... Extra weight of the tyres has nullified the wight loss from the wheels.

So, changed over to the 25c Vittoria Corsa G+ tyres (246 & 259g) and had 2 punctures in 120km. Selling them and have just gone back to 25c Michelin Power Competitions (215 & 216g), saving myself 74g.
Dirty pic after 1,658km over 8 days:
And with the Vittorias fitted:
Off to Australia in 2 weeks and picking up some Enve aero bars and stem whilst over there... Also looking at getting some EE brakes if I can source some for a good price.

BmanX wrote:I would suggest Conti as I can count on a single hand the number of times I have had issues with the GP4000 and other tires.
I run GP4Ks on my R3D and have had great success with them in the past, however, I had 7 punctures in 4 days with them on the LEJOG trip. That's why I binned them and tried the Vittorias (even worse).
Had one puncture with 23c Michelins over 1,000km, so thought I'd give them a go in 25c and see how I get on. I'm 91kg / 200lbs, so prone to flats

The Power Comp is my fav non tubeless tire at the moment. It's bloody fast and light.
