Tires? Bolts? Wheel set (the Enve s would be lighter ever so slightly) bottle cages though the arundels are just so reliable

Don't bother! I know this is weenies, but if you're happy with the fit etc short of going over the bike with a fine tooth comb replacing bolts with ti, alloy, nylon where applicable what's the point!
Is this the lightest wheelset in your collection? If not switch these out for what is the lightest and see how it rides on those.
I imagine it is literally a pleasure to ride as it sits anyway.

That bike is a masterpiece 
The only thing I would change, is going back to a 0 setback seatpost, as with the current one, the saddle seems to be slammed forward a little to much 
Being a custom frame (?) , why haven't you choose a little steaper seatube?

Is there any real need to lighten it any further? The bike is oozing enough sex appeal as it is now and any further efforts to shave weight will probably not see any significant reductions...
