Rebuilt with 9000/1. Mavic Cosmic Carbone Pro Powertap wheelset, regal FX saddle, Evo Stealth one piece bar/stem, speedplay zeros. Not really a lightweight, especially due to the wheels. But I love it!

Clean. Colorful without being too ostentatious. I like it.

Yep, limited edition for the Cervelo Test Team in 2009:

How do you find this bike? I have the chance to purchase the exact same frameset (brand new)
I have heard they are an extremely harsh and uncomfortable bike to ride on rougher/not so perfect roads?
Can you get a reversible/zero offset post for one of these?

Hey there! I don't believe you can get a reversible post for it, but not positive.

Regarding the ride, no, I don't find it harsh at all. I think most people don't realize that tire pressure and width have a lot more to do with ride comfort than the frame. I've seen the odd new old stock S3 frame for sale, and if you can get a good price, they are great. The only downside is that they aren't specifically drilled to internally route di2 cables, but Cervelo has posted instructions somewhere on how to drill a hole in the top tube to work with the etube connector.

Thanks. I've thought of selling it many times simply because I am a bike whore, and this is the longest I've ever owned a bike (going on over 4 years for this one). But I can't bring myself to sell it! Plus I do mostly tri's now, so hard to justify a new road bike. But I still love this S3.
I've since put a different wheelset on, Hed Jet 6's. They don't match the frame as well, but I needed a wide set of wheels to act as a backup to my triathlon wheels (Zipp Super9 and 808), so I wouldn't have to adjust the brakes on my trek speed concept in the event of a wheel swap.

I didn't really like this frameset back in time, but compared to a S5 this bike instantly looks like an elegant racer.
