I got my 2005 F80x yesterday and was looking for some setup suggestions.
I'm just over 12 stone so i put in 85psi of air, but am not sure where to set rebound and bump sensitivity. ( I am currenty running factory setings).

Rebound and bump threshold on the 80X is entirely a personal thing. After I set up my fork I went out and rode it 20 times up and down the same section of single track and played with the rebound and bump threshold till I had a feel I liked.

It's all about personal preference and what you like.

Thats a 2004 model. I think the 2005 are lighter Frank.

I have an 80 RLT (basically the same without the brain though) and I'm at 85psi for my 69K weight (not sure how many stones that is  ).
Fox tells to start with your weight in K's in psi and work up from there until you are comfortable with the damping.
The rebound speed knob is in the middle position and I just opened the blowoff valve a little bit

I change the bump threshold depending on the ride/race. Marathon rides and races or rides with lots of in-the-saddle climbing I set the threshold at minimum or one click from stop. (The brain needs a little help when I’m going slowly and there is not much weight on the front wheel, because the impacts are not very significant.) For shorter races and faster, more aggressive rides I usually set it at ~8 clicks from minimum. I have never moved the rebound from 6 clicks from full fast, and I usually run the pressure at 65psi unless I am doing a lot of descending in which case I bump it up to 70psi. I weigh 160 lbs. or 73kg

Thanks Frankie-B didn't know how to delete a post!
Thanks everyone else for their replys. I will mess around and find the optimum setting for my riding still.
My fork weighed 1653g uncut, with bosses in the packaging.
Didn't weigh before i fitted it but seems to be about 35g lighter than last years fork.
