Superb build. Great weight, very individual, excellent choice of componants and even a bit of tuning thrown in. It's almost spiritual.
Could I ask if you have noticed any decline in shifting performance with your tuned rear mech? Also do you know how much weight you have saved?

Hi Konky, thanks. I think I saved around 20g with the off the shelf components and that's safely without taking a dremel to it.
I could not honestly tell you whether there are any difference in shifting performance as I never tried Di2 on the bike without tuning it. Currently it shifts without any hiccups.
Btw did anyone notice the DIY battery?
.
Yes, but this one cost around £30 in parts only including the charger.
With Jure's Saddle combo! Thanks mate!
No problem
Wow, this is probably my favorite build of 2012!
I'd love to see 53/39 and 11-26+ as it's begging to be taken for a ride in the mountains, but that's all personal preference.
Personally, I like cherry blossoms (even before ahki highlighted the bravery symbolism) mostly because they look pretty and smell nice. The black on black is perfect.
Great work.
Are you racing or riding it much?
Side Note: When is Mad Fiber going to come out with a unidirectional weave? Gingham is fine for spring but...

Hi jvanv8, Thanks for the comment. I do ride it a lot, in rain and shine. Unfortunately I live in London so getting to the mountains is a bit tricky due to work commitments. But will be taking her to HK and Taipei in Dec to get some mountain riding in during my vacation.

are you happy with the color of the KMC chain ?
bigger pics ?
Thanks
Hi Steff, you mean the KMC DLC?
Yes it's great, Please note I don't run any lube on it. I should..
The black coating is rubbing off on the inside of the chain.
Let me see if I can get you a large image this evening.
artray wrote:Hi ,How is the Ceradure holding up? Is the coating comong off?
Im from london , If you want to do some steep hills get over to highgate hill west and right next to it Swine lane. I will keep an eye open for you on the road .
Hi artray, the coating is not coming off as bad as it seems it is pretty tough!.
When I am next over at Rapha Hq by Kentish town I will swing by to Highgate Hill.
