I installed some Extralite pulleys on my Sram Force derailleur the other day but ran in some troubles.
When i crank down the pulley bolts, the pulleys don't spin smooth anymore and get pinched, which causes drag.
But when i loosen the pulley bolts, the outer cage can 'move' in the slots for the countersunk pulley bolts. The outer cages doesn't fit tight.
Anyone had this before or knows a solution?

Extralite lists their pulleys as Shimano and Campy compatible but no Sram.
Does your Sram Force have some different sized pulley bolts?
In that way that the upper pulley original bolt is a M4 bolt and the bottom one is a M5?
If yes you should have a slight play in your upper pulley but having described problems with both pulleys is a very special case.

Hard to tell without seeing them in person. The 2 discs that sandwich the bearing shouldn't bind it if they're the correct diameter. If the bearings are the same diameter as the original one's, you could try the Sram discs to see they bind also.
