Hey yall,
So, I was forced not to train for 6 weeks due to a snowboarding accident. In a few days, I'll be allowed to train again!
By the time I can train again I would be starting base 3, and I misse all of base 2 and half of base 1. Wich cycle should I start at?
Also, should I plan a week or two to ramp up the workload gradually in order not to burnout? I'm stoked on training again so I might tend to do too much too soon....
Thanks
Training after injury; how to come back?

Worst thing you can do is try and make up for lost time. It never works and it'll just burn you out. Reassess your goals and start out from where your fitness is right now. In my experience when I've had to take time off the bike I ended up loosing a lot less fitness than I thought I was loosing...most of it comes back really fast with some regular riding.

Thanks bricky. So I'll go progressively for the first week or two. The first peak of the season will change for a further date or dissapear.
