Lovely looking bike except for the crank. Just doesn't fit on a slim tubed frame like that.
new fotos
just beautiful.
only the crankset does not fit (btw: 175 mm is quiet long, regarding the framesize, which indicates, that you are not such tall. you prefer long cranks?)

Though I also have the NU carbon bar and like it for its shape, why did you replace the Syntace for it?
I don't understand the stem change though. Why change that nice and unique Rotor for that rebadged Taiwan stem? If it was the red front, you could have exchanged that for the black option.

Syntace are cracket - repaired - get to my CX bike,
Rotor is old S1 version with max 3Nm - hold not enough, i plan swap to Thomson X2 - same setup as my MTB Merlin

I use this crank on my bikes
Fixii - 170mm
CX - 172,5mm
Road - 175mm
MTB -26" HT 175mm
MTB - 26" AM Full - 175mm
MTB -29" HT 180mm
175mm on Road its for me ideal (183cm)
Ok makes more sense. Funny, I just changed my Thomson X2 on my road bike for the Rotor S3X. I can recommend that one or sell you my Thomson Take a look how the S3X looks with the NU bar: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=92456

Nice, I lusted after one of these when they came out, or maybe it was the Tuscany? Whatever, it's nice.
But aesthetically you need 7800 DA, Alu record, new Veloce cranks or something else square taper as carbon cranks simply don't go with that frame.
Also the top-tube routed brake cable is a bit odd. I would use clear inner (i-link inner for example) or just go without the inner altogether as it's not as if scratches would damage the frame.
