I'm guessing you already have the 7800 groupset. If you can move that on I would go with a Force group. Only had mine for a couple of weeks now but it easily does what I need. If anything shifts a little nicer than Red. Most importantly it will save a good amount of weight on the build.
Don't let the truth get in the way of good story...

Seems like a great build.
Quick update.... progress has not been as quick as i hoped due work issues! but can safely say we are back on track.
I have sanded the logos from the edge fork as i think they are way too much and have repainted the fork matt black to match the frame. I did consider selling the 7800 but have decide to resist and stick with the plan - i really like the look and build of the 7800..... not the best ww decision but this bike will be light enough for my abilities in the saddle!
Having a nightmare getting hold of a zipp sl course stem.... so have bit the bullet and ordered a ricthey 4 axis wcs stem in the interim.... all being well i am going to get the bits over to my local shop for him to build up.

Nice -- you can save a bit of weight with latex tubes. But for a frame that large the weight seems good. 7800 is heavy, but not super-heavy.
