Thanks, I thought the same thing until I got the new fork, now I actually prefer the abrupt cleaniness of it. The painted crown looks like paint trying to look like Titanium, just not right. Not bad, but not right.
Some really incredible looking bikes in this thread. Wow.
And the glory rolls on. . .
Specs:
Habanero Team Ti frame
1" Wound Up fork w/carbon steerer
FSA Energy cranks w/FSA ISIS BB
Easton EC70 post
SLR saddle
Zipp 440 wheels
Dura Ace 9spd group
Ritchey Pro Stem
Cinelli 66-44's (old, heavy, but single grooved and comfy)
Much room for losing weight, but . . .

Just completed building my Tuscany.
Nice bike.
And really beautiful photography!
The Kish finish isn't really matt grey; it's brushed and more warm than it looks in my photos. A really nice finish.

Thanks oclv150
Thanks! Ahh, I suppose it is. For some reason the Ti looks darker than my bright brush frame, it looked more like the matt Ti finishes.
