There are two kind helmets:
1. foam helmets
2. "band" helmets

I have Carrera foam helmet which weights 220g in L size
"Band" helmets are like caps and they will not protect you as well as foam, but they weight only 80-150 grams!
Light weight everything!

I used to have a Soffatti helmet, 230 grams.
Now I have a Met Ippogrifo, that's heavier but has better ventilation and fit.
Don't buy some stupid helmet just because it's light. Go for something comfy and well ventilated.
Whow! That's a pretty damn nice garage door!
