My hearty congratulations!

For those who have rubbished you or left negative comments it is simply jealousy and envy.

Enjoy them and if i even end up in Belgium I will fire you up for a ride provided you don't drop me!!!

cheers and enjoy

You're welcome. :)

About these posts, I think I've answered on that. A nothing was really personal or meant to be mean...

(just curiosity...do you plan to/have to remove the "Lightweight" stickers ?...)

As Samu Ilonen said these are painted by hand. Look at the picture on the bottom of this page: http://www.carbonsports.com/LW_Geschichte.lasso

But no, I'm NOT going to remove the Lightweight logo in a million years!! If even pros like Frank VDB and Johan Coenen can ride with that logo, why shouldn't I do it? :D I'm proud to bring this top quality product in motion on my bike. 8)
(I think that, if you really want a version without logo, you could simply ask CarbonSports when you order them)

I will buy some in 8 years or so, after my medicine study's  (haven't even started yet) :?

Isn't that a good motivation to study hard? I know the feeling of being a student and seeing all these beautiful Lightweights, and knowing I won't have them in the first 10 years... that's why I'm feeling so blessed and happy with this opportunity. :D Hope for you this dream will come true one day! (nice study choice btw; where are you going to study? good luck!)

In fact yes. Now they have a machine for that. A friend of me took a picture when a Lightweight logo was put on the rim; I could ask the picture if wanted.

Well, then I have "collectors items"? More value...

I'm not trashing anybody. I'm sorry if somebody started to think so.

But I must get of the net and start laminating now. New seatpost is coming...58g tube @ 270mm. W'll see how it holds...taper and ovalised inner wall design. Then to sleep and test ride...

Exactly...the purpose of my question was, as you guessed, only "sponsorwise"...

I won't & wouldn't get rid from the logo's of my upcoming (...!) Ventoux !

Pride, you said ?!!! :exactly:

2. Wow... LW Ventoux. I'm curious with you how they will be. I've seen a pair and the look awesome.

I know. Its a long wait. When I was on Malle, I said c'mon Uncle Stefan, can I have my Ventoux's yet?!!? "NO LEE (Imagine a german accent here  ) they will be ready in March"

Take a leaf out of Felix's book, the thought of something is actually better than HAVING it (with certain exceptions of course  )
