On day 3 at the Interbike, a gentleman at Kuota told me they were going to sign with a Div. 1 pro team that same night but wouldn't tell me which team it was.

So several days passed -- does anyone know which team ended up signing w/ Kuota?

Hey elviento,

At this moment Kuota has sponsorship deals with several teams, such as German Team Lamonta (Danilo Hond), and quite a lot of triatlethes (like Normann Stadler).

I don't know who told you about negotiations, but we (the people from Kuota in Albiate and we from the Benelux) are indeed talking to a Pro Tour team. Nothing has been signed yet, and another interesting manufacturer is still in the running. I should know more about it today or tomorrow.

As for Belgium there is at least one amateur team. We're negotiating with an American-Belgian U23 team as well.

Stay tuned.

Best regards,

Pieter

I heard something about Johny Weltz' team looking for new sponsort to go up to the conti-pro ranks :noidea: I think he got himself a nice team together, am looking forward to see how far he can get those guys and if he will keep them when/if he can get the chance to become a pro-tour team.

Those are standard Kharma and Kredo from last year... Neither have internal routing, Just the wrong side of bike to picture.

The bikes for this year, new are the KOM and Kebel.
