Most Talon ultra light measurements

Hi, can anybody help me out please. Online I see many different explanations how MOST measures their bars.
I would like to have 40cm C-C on the hoods. Some webshops say that I need 44cm and others say 42.

I think that I need a size 44 and than get 40.5cm C-C on the hoods. Correct?

You are correct. You need size 44 if you want 400m at the hoods. I have the same size handlebar.
