Hello, is it possible to operate a derailleur av 8150 with lever 8070 by attaching the adapter EW-AD305 to connect the cable ew-sd50 to ew-sd300.

No. The adaptor only works for TT bike style shifters. The 8070 levers are firmware locked to not work with 12-speed derailleurs.

I was able to buy some new 12-speed GRX chainrings. I did an investigation to see exactly what's the chainring spacing between 11-speed and 12-speed chainrings. The difference is minor, only a 0.35mm difference (12-speed chainrings being closer). The offset is all on the big ring, a 0.35mm inboard offset. The small ring's position is unchanges. Besides the chainring spacing being different, the shifting ramps on the 12-speed rings are more complex. There are even special shaped teeth (3) on the small ring (31T) to aid shifting. On the 11-speed small ring all of the teeth are identical. As for chainring thickness, the 12-speed chainrings are just 0.1mm thinner. With that said, these numbers are for the gravel groupset. I assume this also applies to the road groupset, but I don't have 12-speed road chainrings that I could analyze.

You have clear compatibility chart, many many sucessfull experiences here and in Dura-Ace 9200 thread.
Old groupset with new callipers works like a charm.

Shimano 11 sped, spacers 2,18 mm
The Shimano 12 have 2 spacer sizes......the normal size is 2 mm. (spacer B) and also another 1 mm. (spacer A) but it is ONLY between the 3rd and 4th crown....this is because the 3rd is somewhat thicker (the total thickness in the center not in the toothed part) it is because the first 3 crowns fit together each other and that 1 mm washer makes the transition
I am personally not fan of using the 12-speed calipers with the 11-speed shifters, even if they are officially compatible.
You get a bit of extra pad clearance but you also get a lot of extra free stroke before the pads bite, which would otherwise be minimised by servowave.
If you are going to do this my recommendation would be to use the 11-speed bleed block, which is 10mm wide vs the 12-speed which is 10.2mm. But this is probably negating the advantage of using the new calipers in the first place.
