I saw this in IG and asked what was changed, without much success yet. Do you know anything?

These are not really that attractive anymore IMO. They are only ~20g lighter than Quarq D1's with a Sigeiy PM.

Depends on price. But the Elilee XXE looks more enticing - assuming it's reliable and doesn't have issues.

Depends on stiffness. Initially they kind of presented themselves as stiffer than pretty much anything else, also weight for std chainring could be more competitive. .

I have one of their old gen 1 prototypes from when I visited them in China. It seems like they gained quite a bit of weight, around 50g it seems.

At the current weight I'd rather go sram red as we know that doesn't have any safety or reliability issues

No way 50 gr more. My cracked gen 1 1st batch (1/5) was ~410 gr including Sigeyi AXO, preload and bolts. 425-410=15 gr.

Just got the new version from incolor.

My old gen 1 is 2nd batch and i send it back to get the new verion 172.5mm.

I will take some photo later this week.

BTW, I am using Elilee crank 172.5mm 29mm shaft now.
I think i will put the new version of Skypivot back to see which one is better.
