there's a few mech for sure, maybe shimano didn't have enough availability for show models?
it's actually possible to come to the conclusion even before realising it makes no sense at all

So judging by the lack of pics/hype there is no launch of the Campagnolo disc brake?

Bah.......

At Scott, they made a mix of old and new : new non DI2 parts together with 9070 mechs and prob. shifters.

Calnago wrote:@cyclespeed: don't want to turn this into a Lightweight battle so I'll just say I agree on your points (e) and (f). Completely disagree on points (a) and (b). And hate that you have to send them back for simple servicing (bearings? Really?). Oh well. I know you like them so enjoy.

I know, non-user serviceable bearings aren't cool, but at least it's only the front.

I would never accept a not fully true wheel, and not sure LW would either. At this price, I would demand 100% trueness or refund me my cash!

Anyway, hoping to see more of LW's new stuff at the show. The new Mavic CCU should be interesting too.

Some good photos here

Shimano's BOA shoes are finally official and they look great. Shimano's last fits me pretty well and I can't wait to try these.

Just had a thought about these techlace shoes. Looks like you could just take out all the techlace and velcro tabs and thread in your own, normal laces, turning them into normal lace-ups.

Any news about the Canyon Ultimate CF SL? Will it remain unchanged?
I've seen pics of the Aeroad Disc and Ultimate CF SLX disc on www.bcd-mag.com but nothing about the lower-end Ultimate CF SL.

That's crazy light, although we don't see the size in the picture. Don't think this shoe will be very durable ... :)

Based on the pictures here: https://www.canyon.com/nl/specials/bikes2017/ nothing has changed in the Ultimate CF SL range ...

You could but then you'd be stuck(ha!) with Velcro that will collect everything including little planets.

campy always late. they missed the next paradigm shift in road tech.

good video on sram etap disc. the new tech to bleed the brakes is amazing.
