I have a cannondale SISL2 crank will it work with etap????

Awesome thanks! Everything else has to be sram though right?? 11spd cassete & chain.

You should be able to mix and match. 11 speed is essentially the same across all 3.

No.
You can run any 11-speed cassette & chain.

The concept of Shimano/SRAM vs. Campagnolo incompatibilities hasn't existed for well over a decade now.
Yes, even in the days of "10 speed" the cassettes were cross compatible. Ever wonder how a spare wheel from Mavic can just be thrown onto any racer's bike regardless if they were riding Shimano or Campagnolo? :wink:

The idea of incompatibility and "it isn't 100% perfect!!!!!" was basically pushed by marketing departments and brand-obsessed.

I am pretty sure it is a fact that Campagnolo cassette spacing is different from SRAM/Shimano. Maybe only by a fraction of a mm on the larger cogs, but still different.
