Low-Stack Headsets (34mm i.d. Headtube)

34mm i.d. headtube, 1 1/8" straight fork.

Here is what I know about (with weights for good measure). What am I missing? Anything with lower stack? Anything match these first three on weight?

Extralite Ultratop/Ultrabottom: 17.5mm (45.9 g)
Cake Creek AER II: 19.9mm (46 g)
KCNC Morion M3: 21.5mm (36.5 g [no cap])
Tune Bobo: 24.6mm (79g)

With a non-integrated headset it is hard to lower the stack much more.

You listed pretty much all that's available based on my research not too long ago. There was one with low stack by Crank Brothers but the quality was shoddy.
