Because a diverse manufacturer has to be inferior... Awesome logic bro, needs more dragons.
For me its 9000, simple and effective.

Ha ha, you were reeled in by Campy, hook, line, and sinker.corky wrote:Campagnolo ...a group set from a company that is dedicated to cycling components .....nothing fishy about them
On the other hand, Shimano stays in the "sporting" areana, and doesn't make corkscrews.
Anything Electric. Super Reliable. Works perfect Everytime. Honestly I love both my DI2 9070 and my Super Record EPS.
Only pick DI2 as my personal favourite. As it is more natural to me. Having used Shimano all my life. I also believe it would be EPS if I had have grown up with Campy.
But both equal otherwise. And well above anything Cable operated.

I could say Di2 - which is superb - but tbh I think my favourite groupset is the new 105. It's cheap, reliable, shifts smoothly, good looking and did I mention it's cheap?

Hard to vote for something you have never touched.
But if i took a chance i would take etap as i don't appreciate cables and the batteries i have to insert in the frame or "hang" outside.
I like the sleek approach of etap. Strangely i also find Rotor interesting!
For mechanical i still think DA 9000 is hard to fault.

Chorus is my favorite group. Super Record may have cool red labels and some ti bolts but it's not worth an $800 premium. I'd rather put the extra $$$ into better wheels or some weight weenie parts. I also installed my own ceramic bearings on to a Chorus crankset for $35.

Campagnolo Super Record ever since I adjusted to my Record I would never ride anything else.
