in one of these threads, there is someone who is/was running 11spd shifters w/ at least a 10 spd rear derailleur. EDIT: from what I recall, this was with a 10 spd cassette.

Ribble sent me a 10sp RD with my 11sp 105 group. I didn't catch it and installed everything. I could not get the rear shifting right until I installed an 11sp RD. The cable pull changed from Shimano 10sp to 11sp.
Definately a front mech and 11 sp cassette and probably a rear mech since I'm sure the 9000 shifters pull more cable.. The brakes are different as well so they might not be ideal but will probably be ok, infact I'm sure I've read somewhere that they should be compatible.
It wouldn't have to be dura ace kit, ultegra and the new 105 11sp would work with da 9000 levers.
