which ones?

i'd think they'd be the same as for zero cleats, the six that mount the mounting plate are m5, or the 8 that mount the cleats to the mount are m4

length depends on shoes, shims, any wedges etc., on my shoes i have measure the depth as i found i need to use two different lengths of m4 to mount cleats and the shorter m5 to avoid the tips pushing into the insole

The Nano cleat bolts are alloy [at least the ones I have]. Once you mount the cleat to where you want it [using the steel ones], you swap out them with the alloy versions. They are only a one time use.

BTW, I never used them.
