very low profile piston from their "pancake brake" disc caliper. we'll see what company integrates this into a frame first.

Since it's near the pivot point, it shouldn't affect steering much. It might add a few hundred grams to the front wheel load, but that's completely swamped by even small changes in body position. So I don't see how it will be an issue. But I'm just guessing.
