This BiciSupport jig will basically do the same thing. You won't have the physical hard stops the custom jig pictured has but the grid on the plexiglass will certainly do the job. I've had one for years and it works a treat.

You will need to have pedals that have wrench flats, though. There is not enough room to get a hex key in the middle in order to get both pedals mounted if they only have recessed hex sockets in the axles.

Unior is a slovenian company that makes tools. They started making quite a lot of cycling specific tools. No idea of the quality of their cycling tools but the rest of their tool lineup they are known for being of good quality.
No idea if that jig is from them, just wanted to give more infos about unior.

It's just a case, Unior makes good tools, but they don't make cleat jigs.
