You have been trying that yourself?
Unless you are some chubby, from starvation you aint gonna lose just body fat. Starvation is a great way to destroy form as well.

When the stars take some days/weeks off, during the period that they go into hiding and then after, they come out of their holes looking "lean". We are talking l e a n. He comes out a new man (or something like it). There is a certain procedure to be followed.

If there is one thing you will take away from this. Don't be so concerned about weight or losing it. As it is, one's appetite freefalls as performance and efficiency rises. The diet isn't reduced during time-off.

It's funny to see deletion of tweets like this. As if deleting a tweet will make it as if it didn't happen, or be an actual retraction of what was said.

Guessing Henderson was right. We'll see what happens. I guess the UCI still has a doping suspicion scoreboard though ;-)

Henderson is just afraid of legal actions.

Old man had his brainfart or was just drunk in his couch. As far as I know he has said nothing about GVA who's much more convicted of anything and was riding podiums waiting for the trial conclusion.

Funny how easy it is to trash riders from certain countries and not others. Like italian are cheaters, etc...

Is that the bike for his new team, Team Wiggins? Looks like Sram must have offered quite a package with the group and wheels. I wonder if he will run Quarq for a power meter too and will end up on the wireless group when it comes out. Wiggo definitely had his disappointments with Di2 issues in the past.

On the weight loss thing: "Back in the day" before Bjarne Riis discovered Herbalife it was sometimes said riders had lost too much weight, costing them strength and stressing their adrenal systems, which suppressed immunity and led to systemic fatigue. The Herbalife didn't do much for his hairline, though.

He doesn't even have pedals. How is he suppose to ride?

Isn't the first time Hendo did this kind of thing. Some time ago he called out Cavendish on Twitter for something Cavendish didn't do at all. Can't remember what it is but he later on apologized on public.

If I were in a pro peloton I don't think i'd like him. Hendo I mean.
