I still don't really get what this all means, but it looks cool!
What about the other charts like Distance vs Rel Pwr vs Placing vs Riders? Is Rel Pwr W/kg ish? I'm such an anti-technerd

Why so? Hm... In the movie there are numerous shots of him in Sa Calobra/Col dells Reis, none of them with motorpacing of any sort. However there are images of him receiving pacing on Tenerife in altitude training.

Wow, I may be a bit slow here, but just realized that you can take the ID of others and put it in there and check the charts. Very cool to look at your Rel Pwr vs Time scatter plots vs Pros of similar size to you (Ted King for me).

A bit OT, but last week I went hard on a climb which I knew contained a Strava segment. When I downloaded it I was shocked that I was only 49th in the rankings... then I saw that Taylor Phinney was only 12th

There's some good ones round Italy from the Giro. Phinney, Pinotti, Rollin, and a few of the Italians are on there. Went to watch Cervinia stage last year, barely kept pace w the gruppeto on strava, guess I shouldn't make fun of Cav's climbing anymore!

If you can keep pace with the gruppetto you're doing well. The winning times of the 2011 Etape (when they did the Marmotte-style route over Telegraph and Galibier and up Alpe d'Huez) were outside the pro time cut!

Yeah, I'm talking about pedalling around for an hour or 2 and then smashing it up the last climb. They're already 2 weeks into a GT and at the end of a stage which I'm sure was a heckuva a lot faster. Yeah, I was up pretty high in the etape this year and was still miles behind the gruppeto.
