obvious: go tubeless!
I would use Specialized blue rim tape (12g both wheels)
rovale or stans valves (don't know shape of those rims) (24g)
Sealant, usually averages about 60g both wheels with evaporation
you will lose the best part of 200g where it matters in rotating mass
I run the 2.1 and the 2.25 on my s-works Stumpie FSR, work a treat
Specialized S-works Carbon HT 2009 - new stuff

After some testing of the Innolite Rotors, I'm getting more satisfied. The braking power is not as good as I'm used to with my Avid Ultimate and Avid Elexir, but they do good enough.
The front brake makes some noise, but it's ok and keeps getting better for each ride.
I guess the rotors had some on its surface, since the pads weared up so quick. Now the pads seems to last alot longer. In fact... I've rode about 20 hours, and only changed pads once.
I still don't know how the rotors will do in mud and rain...
And my bike weight showed 8,27 kg - the next thing I have to change will be the brakes - Formula R1.
