Gregory, thanks for the positive comments!!

As for the bartape, yes it is Dedas carbon tape. And still didnt clean it from the day I wrapped it on :D But surely would if it would be white ;) The tape is very grippy in compariosn to the cork tape. But it doesnt feel ok to me when ridin without gloves in the summer. The sweaty hands make it really slippery!

Yeah, I had a Dream HP, size 56, before this one. And I thought the "57" would be just 1 cm in standover height. But it is actually almost 2 cm! Anyway, I thought to myself it is a modern classic ;) And there will bi times when the classic geometry will come back. Just like music, fashion, etc. Well it is already returning, retro stuff

Excellent, thanks for the review of the tape. I only ride with gloves because that's my prerogative, so I doubt I'll have the sticky problem! By the way, nice room.

Hehehe,to be honest I was having many thoughts about this bike.... but then I always kept it :D :D :D

Well, I thought to get an 11-speed Chorus 2011 groupset, thinking it is the same level as my 2008 Record group. But a frined told me it isnt the same. Why Chorus? Record 2011 is too expensive ;)
But I actually think that the old ergopowers look better on it :D

Someone on another forum is selling Lightweight Gen 1. But I should sell my wheels first. Also those LW`s have shimano hub. And I had an idea of putting on the Specialites TA casette. What do you guys think?

You have to decide if the weight savings are worth it or not

You can easily use the shimano hubed LW wheels with your Campagnolo group, the spacing is exactly the same, just different starting points on the 11 tooth sprocket. But just dont use the shimano cassette, as they are no good, and just dont last very long, use sram or something else instead. It would be a killer bike with LW's

No LWs for me this time... A friend told me, that the wheelset I wanted to buy, was trashed and poorly repaired... :?

I guess I`ll just keep those wheels... :beerchug:
Maybe add some litlle white Colnago decals on them.
