donno am happy if he is 9.5kg i wil get Thomson - Masterpiece 30.9x350 looks super with this frame black of Thomson and frame and i can cut it so it wil be lighter

A 30+ size Masterpiece isn't really light it is around 190g.
I don't know how long you need it to be, but standrard lenght of 350mm is around 190g.
Your current Easton is lighter (should be)

EC 90 = 195 gr
Masterpiece 190gr
alu is easy to cut then carbon

marta SL no prob at all!!!!!!!!!
never tried mono mini.
seatpost: may I suggest extralight? 160 grams
www.extralite.com
stan: lot's better grip than ust tires and lighter
wheels...lots lighter than sl, but not so stiff
GREAT BIKE!!!!!!
but my rocky maybe is lighter...I'm going to weight it!

The 30.9 is heavier then 158g.
the 30.9 is 168g. and 182 for the 400mm version
you can buy them streight from Extralite themselfs.
but you have to pay with Creditcard.

maybe you save a bit.
weighted my bike is 10,1...without pedals...but has marzochi marathon as front suspension, and xt crank
I saved lots using frm dp4 rim brakes, and spada carbon wheels

why not change the Easton seatpost for a New Ultimate 27,2x350 + shim - should be about 127 grams for the seatpost and 20 grams for the shim (guess)?

love looks of 30.9 mm seatpost by this frame beter i got here 27.2 seatpost from selcof weight 170 gr and dont look nike in this frame
