Smooth!

I will say that from my perspective the Zipp stem detracts from the otherwise sublime fluidity of the bike's lines, but it is a minor gripe (and possibly influenced by the spacer stack beneath).

Nice. I love these frames. I'm another one that's not a fan of that stem, but as long as you're happy with it that's all that matters

Thanks for the comments. I agree on the stem, it is a bit blocky. I may end up swapping it out eventually, though I really do love the stiffness of it.

Once I dial in the fit, the excess steerer tube can be chopped off and that should make the front end a bit cleaner as well.

Agreed on a slimmer stem, but you might balance the look a little with a bulkier/taller cone shaped spacer in the meantime (and for much less $$). I like the look of the white housing up front. I would consider going black for the rear brake and derailleur sections. Those are short enough that you could probably scrounge some scraps to do it.
