Deda zero 100 seatpost and deda 100 steer. San Marco Team saddle.
Weight is 6,8 kg incl all accessories... Strange for a Helium SL.. Can I reduce it?

I would suggest you ride it matey and enjoy it :0 I guarantee you that before you lose 1 gram by changing your stem you could easily loose 8kg from yourself, btw same applies to myself :0

A Selle Italia SLR is 135 g. Not shure you'll like it but it's a classic for many.
Ultralight UNO stem : around 110-115 g

"Good design" asian carbon seatpost: 187 g
Like this one IMO: http://www.ebay.com/itm/181386693776?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT
Light traditionnal handlebar : 240 g alloy (like Ritchey WCS) , 200 g carbon ( $$$ )
Light skewers, Titanium or hollow steel: between 45-60 g
For wheels, I would shop for a used carbon tubular wheelset. Many are below 1200 g. Depends on your $$$
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=138586
A light cassette will save you another 100 g. EDIT: missed the part where you wrote SRam Red cassette
Alloy housings, like Alligator Ilink ( I like the looks of them, and they'll save you another 100g)

If You want climbing bike, I would start with wheels. In my experiences, even 1 kg heavier bike with light carbon tubular wheels climbs better than lighter bike with heavier alu clincher wheels.
If Your budget is not high, buy Archteks or FarSports low profile rims and use hubs within Your budget (If I remmember corectly, Archteks rims cost me something like $120 per rim few years ago). This is where I would start.
Than of course there are brakes, skewers, bottle cages, maybe pedals where You can save weight with no huge investments. You can also consider lighter cable housing like Aligator I-Links which can save some extra gramms.

of course it depends on what You want. I didn't find Archteks anymore, but Far Sports offer 20mm, 30mm and 38mm rims. 23mm wide rims are lighter than their 20mm wide rims, so if You are interested, You can ask them about the price. Here is link to their 30mm high and 23 mm wide rims:

I bought complete disc wheels for my Ridley and I'm happy with them.
