I'm a big fan of the S3 and yours is great looking. It's nice to see one without a Rotor crank for a change (not that their is anything wrong with Rotor). The Dura Ace looks great. The saddle is way too far forward though. I would question your fit.

I really love Dura ace crankset very smooth when I shift the front derailleur but I never use Rotor crankset. I'm 168 cm tall and 78 cm inseam

Perfect build! There's nothing I would change in it.
I'm a big fan of these new S3s, and you've done a nice job here. I wish Cervelo offered a few more color ways.
Your photography is stellar, but you could do better with the bike prep i.e. valve stems aligned, bisons removed, big ring as mentioned.
How's the Power saddle ride?
