Nice build - I do ride almost the same setup (CAAD10 in 63cm with Campagnolo) on my training bike.

Regarding the Expander - I prefer the Cannondale Evo one over the Extralite Ultrastar. There is more support inside the fork with the EVO one than with the Extralite Ultrastar 2, which results in an easier setup an less torque needed for a proper fit.

My final weight before I did install a powermeter on this bike was ~6.4kg, but with some more expensive parts. My frame weight is 1380gr if I remember correctly.

Good looking bike! I really like the campagnolo cranks. Maybe some day....
I see you're also in europe, did you order the expander via cannondaleparts,
or from somewhere more local, in europe?

Today my chinese carbon saddle came in. Actually, I don't like the counterfeit stuff,
but this particular design will match the rest of the bike well, I think.

I don't know much about the saddle yet, I can only say it seems hard....
But for 28 Euro it is was worth to try it out.
b.t.w. my weight is 82 kg, we'll see if it can handle that. :?

I got them from ebay since they wheren't widely available back then..

Regarding the saddle flex - I do have a SMUD Carbon one and some Tune Komm-Vor ones that I currently use. There is some flex in the SMUD, a lot of flex in the Tune and there was almost no flex in my Chinese carbon one :|.
