Anyone have any Tuning tips for a 2006 Fox F100X (pushed)?

Rider weight 135, riding style XC on 4" Full suspension

first of all make sure before making setup you have enough amount of shox fluid on each lower 150 ml airside and oilside after that you are sure the fork will give you the best setting like sag an air on the shox that maintenance can be done by anyone just check it out at fox service online when you replace fluid on shock also replace wiper and dust seal

that's what i have done to mine some time ago. Still use it and it is the best fork i ever made/have!! I've been using Sids, Rebas and RLC.
