I try to assemble directly.
It is a bicycle my father rides,
Age is 60 cars, mainly bicycle road, 27.5 inch carbon frame, please recommend.

I recommend the santa cruz highball. It feels amazing ascending and descending and comes in cool colors:)

There are many good hardtails, a few other choices are the GT Verb Expert which is a very good deal, see: http://www.performancebike.com/bikes/Pr ... s1=6166543 As well as the Cannondale Trail which can be seen at most bike shops that carry that widely carried brand; also mail order wise there is the Airborne Griffin, see: http://airbornebicycles.com/products/griffin or another mail order bike from Bikes Direct, the Motobecane Fantom Pro which is highly reviewed, see: http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/mot ... -x9-30.htm or if you want a hardtail and a non suspension fork the Marin Pine is a great bike. You can get a lot more expensive bikes too, but the ones I mentioned are highly favored in their price bracket.

I'd be old too, if I had gone through 60 cars!

Sounds like the usual, it all depends on the budget.
But with the complete bikes these days, it can all-too-easily cost more to build one up from parts.

Custom Built my niner air9 RDO. Love it, and not because I own one, I'd happily criticise a regrettable purchase. This ticks all the boxes for me, comfortable, stiff and plenty light. (And of course looks nice, Matt black)

Nice, I just did the same (black frame!) ! built it on a budget, SRAM GX (I already had that) and a REBA RL 120mm that I had. Debating keeping it at 120mm or changing it to 100mm. @Steve, what's your built like ?
