Bearings for DT Swiss XD Freehub?

I keep blowing up bearings on my DT Swiss 240 XD freehub. I've had quite a few 6802s die on me in the last year and want to find a good, durable solution to this before I pull my hair out.

Anyone have any good, durable recommendations?

Phil Wood? Some crazy full ceramic?

(The inner bearings have most of 30,000mi/50,000km on them)
